Morgan Stanley has created the LiquidFunds Program to encourage the creation of hedge funds specifically tailored for structured product providers and other investors with similar risk management concerns. 

While LiquidFunds is a division of Morgan Stanley, the program has been designed with open architecture in mind. Participating funds are free to accept investors of their choosing, and are not required to purchase any services from Morgan Stanley.
