The third pillar of the LiquidFunds Program is the use of a designated "Risk Analytics Provider". The role of this critical supplier is to prepare a set of standardized risk reports on a daily basis for the benefit of eligible fund investors. These comprehensive reports are carefully designed to optimize the information available for those investors while at the same time preserving the confidentiality of the underlying strategies.

LiquidFunds has appointed GlobeOp Risk Services Limited as the Risk Analytics Provider for the Program. GlobeOp Risk Services Limited has an established history of providing risk management services for hedge funds and hedge fund investors, and has developed a controlled infrastructure to compute risk and increase fund transparency.

In addition to providing sensitivity, scenario, stress and VAR analysis, GlobeOp Risk will provide daily reporting on compliance with the Program's investment guidelines. As a consequence, eligible investors in participating funds will benefit from transparency of the risk profile associated with their investment.
